Job Description

- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for all positions within the company
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and training programs
- Manage employee relations and address any grievances or conflicts that arise
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits and payroll processing
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with management and department heads to address staffing needs and develop career paths for employees
- Recommend and implement employee retention strategies to foster a positive work environment
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to effectively support the workforce
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate open communication and resolve issues efficiently.
