Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Create and update job descriptions and career paths for all positions within the organization
- Handle employee relations issues and provide counseling and support to employees
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the HR department
