Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for Flipkart seller positions
- Conduct performance management and provide coaching to employees
- Oversee employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and support organizational planning
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and conduct orientation sessions
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all Flipkart seller employees.
