Job Description

- Assist HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
- Conduct initial screenings of potential candidates
- Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events
- Assist in planning and conducting employee training programs
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases
- Support in handling employee queries and concerns
- Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
