Job Description
- Lead and manage all HR activities for Innovate Cosmo Solutions
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture
- Collaborate with leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR programs and initiatives.
