Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment process and ensure effective sourcing, screening, and onboarding of top talent
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain all HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
- Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages
- Handle employee grievances and provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Manage HR data and reporting, including preparing and analyzing HR metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and organizational goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in talent management
