Job Description

- Provide support in all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Maintain and update employee records and HR information systems
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct interviews and screenings to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and make hiring decisions
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee satisfaction
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance HR operations
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

Income:

20-25k for Part Time
35-45k for Full Time
