The HR Executive at National Placement Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role involves working closely with department heads to identify staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. The HR Executive will also handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures. Additionally, they will maintain HR records, ensure legal compliance, and develop policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Description

- Manage recruitment process for client companies
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring process
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Analyze training needs and develop training programs
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefits and policies
- Monitor employee performance evaluations
- Assist with onboarding process for new hires
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies
