Job Description
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Prepare and maintain employee records, including new hire paperwork, payroll, and benefits
• Support the executive team in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports
• Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Provide administrative support for daily operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and managing invoices and expenses
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
