- Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and training
- Support HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives
- Proficiency in Hindi language for effective communication with employees
- Demonstrate leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
