Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities and identify potential clients for home loan products
- Meet with clients to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable loan options
- Guide clients through the loan application process and provide information on interest rates, terms, and repayment options
- Work closely with underwriters to ensure applications are processed efficiently and accurately
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals
- Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting home loan products and services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the field
