Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure successful candidate placements
- Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit for positions
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
- Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Implement innovative practices to improve recruitment and retention efforts
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to meet business goals and objectives
