JD for IT Recruiter Responsibilities: • Understanding the client requirements and manage end-to-end recruitment(Both Permanent Hiring and Contract Hiring ) • Sourcing and calling candidates through Database / Job portals / Social media. • Explaining the job role and interview processes to the candidates. • Following up with the candidates for interview. • Coordinating for the various rounds of interviews. • Supporting in on-boarding formalities. • Target Based Job • Understanding the requirements as per JD. • Good Understanding of IT skills. • Closely work with Hiring managers. • Effective communication & negotiation skills. • Good Team Player. • Should be self-motivated & independent. • Ability to work & deliver under pressure.
