- Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Evaluating gold jewelry and determining loan value
- Completing loan applications accurately and efficiently
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive business growth
- Adhering to bank policies and regulations to ensure compliance
- Monitoring loan repayments and assisting with collection efforts if needed
- Keeping updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive loan products.
