Job Description
Revenue generation and handling sales team ( lead support provided by the company) • Manage Sales team, Follow-up, Closures • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value • Encourage team for site visits & closures • Develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales • Whole team Participate in active marketing initiatives • Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macro economics on the sector • Implementation of Best Practices / Innovation • Individual Performance along with Team performance
