Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services
- Manage guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Keep track of room availability and rates
- Process payments and update guest accounts
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
