WAKEnWORK Manpower Solution is seeking a Freelancer HR Recruiter to help source and recruit top talent for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting interviews, screening candidates, and coordinating the hiring process. This role will involve working on a freelance basis to assist with various recruitment projects as needed. The Freelancer HR Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the best candidates to fill their open positions. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Job Description

- Incentive amout on per joinee 1000

- Depending on performance, the internship will last three to six months. After that, the candidate will be placed on the firm's payroll, which is based on a monthly salary that the company provides.

- Source and recruit candidates for various job positions
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates
- Utilize online job boards and social media platforms for recruitment
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and feedback
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
