Job Description
- Lead and oversee the recruitment process for all positions within the company
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they align with company culture and values
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Manage a team of HR recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance and support
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies related to recruitment and hiring processes.
