Job Title: FIT Operations Executive – Travel Industry
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1–3 years

Salary: 35k - 45k Per Month
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented FIT Operations Executive to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end operations for FIT (Free Individual Traveler) bookings, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle FIT bookings from confirmation to execution (hotels, transfers, sightseeing, visas, etc.)
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers for seamless operations
- Ensure all travel documents, vouchers, and confirmations are correctly issued and shared on time
- Monitor ongoing trips and be available for guest assistance during travel
- Manage amendments, cancellations, refunds, and emergency situations promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records in the booking system and assist in invoice generation and file closure
- Coordinate closely with the sales and product team for itinerary planning and updates
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service delivery
- Track feedback from clients post-travel to improve service quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in FIT operations within the travel industry
- Strong destination knowledge (domestic and/or international preferred)
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in travel software/GDS systems is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
