Job Description
As a Field Sales Executive , you will be responsible for:
- Approaching colleges around your city to engage with deans, HODs, and TPOs, showcasing the value the organization provides to students.
- Conducting career sessions, events, and webinars to introduce students to new-age career programs.
- Counseling final-year students and unemployed graduates on career planning, demonstrating how the organization can help in their career development.
- Highlighting the effectiveness and uniqueness of the organization’s learning model.
- Managing the sales process, including product demonstrations, closing sales, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintaining detailed records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
