Job Description
Candidate must have experience in nbfc collection or credit card
Candidate must have bike
- Responsible for collecting overdue payments from customers in the field.
- Making regular visits to customer sites to conduct collections in a professional manner.
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers to maximize collections.
- Updating collection activities in the company's system and maintaining accurate records.
- Working closely with the customer service and sales teams to resolve any payment issues.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to collections.
- Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with customers.
- Meeting monthly collection targets and reporting progress to the management team.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
- Previous experience in collections or a similar field is preferred.
