Job Description
- Lead and motivate a team of female telesales representatives
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Develop sales strategies and targets to achieve team goals
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills
- Collaborate with the sales manager to implement sales initiatives
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Handle escalations and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Prior experience in a telesales or sales leadership role is preferred.
Experience - 2 to 6 years
Salary - Up to 40k+ incentive
