Job Description
We are hiring for Director - Institute of Psychology / Behavioral Sciences
Responsibilities:
- Providing academic and administrative leadership and guidance to teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Harness and develop relationship with important stakeholders.
- Responsibility for ensuring compliance of all statutory obligations of relevant government bodies.
- Supervise all matters relating to curriculum and instruction in the University, including outreach and extension courses and scheduling;
- Oversee faculty and academic staff development activities;
- Strengthen research and educational programs
- Develop active and effective Program Advisory Committee;
- Responsible for preparation and conduct of various inspections and accreditation events.
- Facilitate development and implementation of academic strategic planning;
- Evaluate faculty, assess classroom effectiveness and correct observed deficiencies.
- Coordinate periodic academic program review and work with HOIs in the review, study, and development of curriculum and in the improvement of instruction
Requirements
- BA, B.Sc./MA, M.Sc. Psychology with Ph.D (Mandatory) from leading institutes or Equivalent Education.
- Around 18 years of overall academic experience including Professorship for minimum 5 years. Candidates possessing experience as Director/Head of a Higher Education Psychology institution will be preferred.
Salary bracket – 20 lacs to 30 lacs per annum
Location – Jaipur & Lucknow.
