Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a designated client base
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client financial goals and risk tolerance
- Recommend and explain life insurance products that align with client needs
- Guide clients through the application process and ensure accurate completion of paperwork
- Address client questions and concerns regarding their policies
- Maintain excellent customer service standards to foster loyalty and policy renewal
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 1 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Customer-oriented
