Job Description
We are hiring for Design Engineer, Mechanical engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in design and development in conveyors, machinery, and special purpose machines (SPMs). Good knowledge in SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
Concept designing of
- Conveyors and packaging machines.
- Pick and place machines / Gantry lines.
Knowledge of Pneumatics
- Selection of Pneumatic cylinder
- Application Engineering
- Selection of vaccum ejectors/ suction caps etc.
Knowledge of drive motors
- Selection and sizing of geared motors with respect to torque and speed
- Servo motors/ stepper motors
Knowledge of drive gears and sprockets
- Speed calculation
Knowledge of linear movement mechanism
- LM guide ways/ V guides and rollers
- Ball screws/ rack and pinions
- Toothed belt and pulleys
Sheet Metal Knowledge
- Control panels
- Enclosures
- Storage tanks
Racks and storage solutions
- Pipe bendings and fabrication
