- Ensuring order accuracy and quality before delivery
- Using navigation apps to find the quickest routes for deliveries
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining records of transactions
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints
- Following all safety protocols and traffic regulations while driving
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Communicating effectively with restaurant staff and customers
- Collaborating with the Swiggy team to ensure smooth operations
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
