Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for an analytical data expert with proficiency in data modeling and data visualization to interpret data, extrapolate knowledge, and drive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the supply chain or retail sector and will be adept at leading a team to achieve impactful results.

Responsibilities:

● Lead the development and implementation of machine learning and deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

● Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning domains.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

● Collect, preprocess, and analyze large-scale datasets using Python, Spark, and SQL.

● Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib) to present insights effectively to stakeholders.

● Drive data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights through rigorous statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.

Qualifications:

● Minimum 5 years of experience in data science roles, with a focus on machine learning and deep learning applications.

● Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas), TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark (PySpark), SQL, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure).

● Strong theoretical understanding and practical experience in developing and deploying scalable machine learning and deep learning models.

● Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve complex business problems using advanced analytics techniques.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

● Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and adopting new tools and techniques in the rapidly evolving field of data science.

Must-Have: Python (NumPy, Pandas), TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark (PySpark), SQL, and 2+ years of experience in the supply chain domain or retail sector.
