Job Description
Role and Responsibilities :
. Invoice data entry and validation using in-house software systems
· Ad hoc data entry from Excel spreadsheets
· Identifying/chasing missing gaps to maintain data completeness
· Maintaining systems with accurate data, e.g., meter/account/site details
· Creating, updating and following procedures for all tasks
· Managing workload through ticket-based system
· Communicating with UK team through emails/tickets on tasks and issues
· Additional project work as required based on business priorities
Qualifications and Experience Essential :
· Data entry experience
· A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly excel
· Previous office experience
Desirable :
· Energy/Water industry knowledge and experience
Required Skills :
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
· Proactive approach to work and solving problems
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English for liaising with UK team
Additional Notes : Must be able to speak and understand English
Salary : Upto 4 LPA
Experience : 1+ YEARS IN DATA ENTRY
