As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction. You will also document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist customers
- Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and goals
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development to enhance customer support capabilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality support to customers.

Salary: 15K
Shift: 5 Days working with 2 Rorational Off
