As a Customer Support Executive at VU Job Solution, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that their needs are met and their experience with our company is positive. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-centric approach. Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers
- Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in customer support procedures
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
