Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
*Work on different projects
*Survey callings - regarding bank transfer
*Feedback callings - once they offer for processing fees (calling up customers and find out whether they are satisfied or not)
*Work on PAN India based Data.
*will be the Acting Quality and Trainer.
Qualification:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive / Sales / Collections Specialist in BPO sector for min 2-3 years
Excellent communication in English and Hindi
Graduate is a must.
