Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve processes and services
- Assist in developing customer support strategies and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
