We are hiring for Customer Support Executive for Banking process
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information to customers
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist customers with product questions and troubleshooting
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information
- Meet key performance indicators and targets for customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancement.
