Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services
- Assist customers with billing and account inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet performance metrics for efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Flexible work schedule with occasional weekend and evening shifts.

Shift: 6 days working / rotational shifts

Location: Sec 19/20 gurgaon

Salary - 16-25 k in hand based on experience and communication skills.
