Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify and resolve any potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and uphold company values.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of empathy towards customers.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize and problem-solve effectively.
