Job Description
Job title: Showroom Hostess / Customer Relations Executive
Company: BIKANER MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED
Location: Gurugram
Reporting To: Showroom Manager / Customer Experience Manager
Salary: ₹3.6 LPA
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience
Preferred Education: Hotel Management or Air Hostess-related educational background
Industry: Automobile / Automotive Retail
Job Purpose
To provide a warm, professional and welcoming experience to customers visiting the showroom, manage the reception area, understand customer requirements, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Reception
- Welcome customers entering the showroom with a pleasant and professional attitude.
- Offer refreshments and ensure customer comfort while they wait.
- Understand the customer's purpose of visit and direct them to the appropriate department/person.
Customer Enquiry & Coordination
- Attend incoming calls and handle basic customer enquiries.
- Register walk-in customers and maintain visitor/customer records.
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants for customer handover.
- Follow up on pending customer requests as assigned.
Showroom Management
- Ensure the reception and customer waiting area remain clean, organized and presentable.
- Check availability of brochures, price lists and promotional materials.
- Ensure customer amenities are properly maintained.
Customer Experience
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality and customer service.
- Assist customers with test-drive registration, appointment coordination and basic documentation.
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate complaints to the concerned manager.
Administrative Support
- Maintain daily visitor and appointment records.
- Prepare basic reports related to walk-ins, enquiries and appointments.
- Support showroom events, product launches and customer engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
- Hotel Management or Air Hostess-related educational background preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Good knowledge of Hindi and English; local language is an advantage.
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
- Customer-service oriented and courteous.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with different departments.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in an automobile showroom, hospitality, front office, hotel, retail, banking or customer service environment.
- Freshers with good communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
