Job Description
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Provide information to customers about products and services offered by Axis Bank
- Update customer information in the database
- Handle and resolve customer issues through email and chat support
- Assist with processing customer transactions and account maintenance
- Meet customer service targets and goals set by the bank
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay up to date on bank policies and procedures
- Adapt to changing situations and provide solutions to customer problems.
