Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Leadership: Provide creative leadership and vision to the creative team, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand values.
2. Conceptualization: Develop innovative and impactful creative concepts for advertising, branding, product packaging, marketing campaigns, and more.
3. Campaign Direction: Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from ideation and conceptualization to production and delivery, ensuring high-quality and on-brand deliverables.
4. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative graphic designers.
5. Brand Development: Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual and messaging standards across all creative assets.
6. Efficiency Management: Manage creative projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve creative goals.
7. Trend and Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, advertising, and creative storytelling.
8. Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality standards for all creative deliverables, reviewing and providing feedback as needed.
9. Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the performance of creative campaigns and initiatives, analyzing results and providing recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
● Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
● Proven expertise in visual design, branding, packaging, advertising, and multimedia content creation.
● Exceptional conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
● Strong leadership and team management abilities.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Proficiency in creative software and design tools.
● Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging creative technologies.
