Job Title: Digital Content & Media Executive
Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai (Candidates from Mumbai only)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary (CTC): ₹5–8 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Digital Content & Media Executive to work closely with the Marketing Head in managing and executing digital marketing initiatives across social media, paid advertising, and email marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content coordination, campaign execution, and performance analysis, along with a strong willingness to learn and optimize digital marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Content Marketing.
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms with a portfolio or previous work samples.
- Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing.
- Ability to create or coordinate digital creatives and social media content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and performance reporting.
- Strong organizational, execution, and project coordination skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Marketing Head.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create and coordinate engaging social media creatives and content.
- Manage regular posting and publishing across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the graphic design team to ensure timely content delivery.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication and visual identity.
Google & Meta Advertising
- Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, lead generation, and key performance metrics.
- Support campaign optimization using performance insights and analytics.
Email Marketing
- Create and coordinate email marketing creatives and campaigns.
- Manage campaign scheduling, execution, and distribution.
- Monitor email campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular performance reports for Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing campaigns.
- Track key digital marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
