Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Company Secretary to join our team at Rajender Place, Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in corporate compliance. The ideal candidate will support the compliance function by ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
Note: Freshers can apply, but must have an active ACS (Associate Company Secretary) membership number.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
-
Support the preparation and filing of statutory forms, returns, and reports with regulatory bodies
-
Maintain compliance records and documentation as per company policies
-
Coordinate with internal teams for compliance-related requirements
-
Assist in organizing board meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and maintaining statutory registers
-
Keep up-to-date with legal and regulatory developments impacting the company
-
Ensure timely renewals, registrations, and licenses required under various laws
-
Support the senior compliance officer in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
-
ACS membership is mandatory for freshers
-
0–3 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, or corporate secretarial roles
-
Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant legal frameworks
-
Good verbal and written communication skills
-
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
