Job Description
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation packages
- Evaluate current compensation structures and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of compensation with company goals and budget
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for compensation strategies
- Design and implement compensation programs and policies that attract and retain talent
- monitor and track compensation metrics to ensure fairness and market competitiveness
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding and support for compensation decisions
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
