- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure timely payment
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up on overdue accounts
- Utilize various communication methods to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans with customers as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues
- Stay up to date on collection laws and regulations
- Provide regular reports on collection activities to management
- Work towards meeting collection targets and goals
