Job Title: Client Service Manager
Location: Mumbai / Thane, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Reports To: Founders / Operations Head
About Instalaxmi
Instalaxmi is a Jeweltech company building digital gold platforms for retail jewellers across India. We enable jewellers to sell gold in small denominations and automate monthly savings plan (gold savings scheme) collections through their own branded apps. We currently work with 300+ jewellers nationwide, with more onboarding every month.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Client Service Manager to own the end-to-end relationship with our jeweller clients—from onboarding through ongoing support and renewals. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring jewellers have a seamless experience with the Instalaxmi platform while helping them derive maximum value from our services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong client servicing, relationship management, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of new jeweller clients — coordinate document collection, liaise with the operations and app development teams to keep timelines on track
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for jewellers via calls and WhatsApp groups, resolving queries promptly
- Coordinate and schedule admin dashboard training sessions for newly onboarded jewellers
- Track client milestones (document submission, app development progress, go-live, renewal dates) and proactively follow up on pending items
- Work with the marketing team to support in-store branding rollouts for clients
- Monitor client satisfaction and flag at-risk accounts early; support renewal conversations
- Maintain accurate client records and status updates in the project tracker
- Escalate technical or product issues to the appropriate internal team and follow through to resolution
- Gather client feedback and share insights with the product/tech team to improve the platform
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success (jewellery/retail/fintech industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously and staying organized with trackers/spreadsheets
- Basic comfort with apps/dashboards; ability to explain simple tech concepts to non-technical clients
- Patient, detail-oriented, and proactive — someone who follows up without being chased
- Graduate in any discipline; prior experience in the jewellery trade or B2B SaaS onboarding is a bonus
