Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Location: World Trade Tower, Makarba, Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | 6 Days a Week

Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage post-sales client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, resolve concerns, and support payment follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Manage client relationships after order confirmation until final payment collection.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Build strong long-term relationships with existing customers.
Maintain regular communication with clients for updates and support.

Customer Service & Satisfaction

Ensure clients are satisfied through prompt after-sales service.
Collect genuine customer feedback and share insights internally.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department for timely resolution.

Coordination & Follow-Up

Follow up rigorously on pending tasks, order status, and payments.
Support clients with product information, documentation, and service assistance.
Maintain records of customer interactions and status updates.

Internal Communication

Coordinate with sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
Provide regular reports on customer issues, feedback, and payment follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria

1–2 years of experience in a client-facing / customer relationship role.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Female candidates preferred.
Local candidates from Ahmedabad preferred.
Immediate joiners highly preferred.
