Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Location: World Trade Tower, Makarba, Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | 6 Days a Week
Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA
Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days Preferred

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage post-sales client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, resolve concerns, and support payment follow-ups.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Manage client relationships after order confirmation until final payment collection.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
- Build strong long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Maintain regular communication with clients for updates and support.
Customer Service & Satisfaction
- Ensure clients are satisfied through prompt after-sales service.
- Collect genuine customer feedback and share insights internally.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department for timely resolution.
Coordination & Follow-Up
- Follow up rigorously on pending tasks, order status, and payments.
- Support clients with product information, documentation, and service assistance.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and status updates.
Internal Communication
- Coordinate with sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Provide regular reports on customer issues, feedback, and payment follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing / customer relationship role.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Local candidates from Ahmedabad preferred.
- Immediate joiners highly preferred.
