- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns
- Cultivate relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Coordinate with various departments to address client needs and requests
- Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate client records and update databases as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services to existing clients
- Assist in the development of client retention strategies
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
- Communicate client feedback to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Uphold the organization's reputation for excellence in client service and support.
