Job Overview
The Cinematographer will capture visually compelling photographs and cinematic footage for weddings, pre-weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions. The role requires professional photography experience, technical proficiency with camera equipment, strong client communication, creative storytelling, and organised management of photography deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute photography and cinematography for weddings, pre-weddings, corporate functions, and other events while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Capture visually compelling moments using appropriate photography techniques and equipment.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Provide creative guidance and suggestions to help achieve the desired visual results.
- Organise and submit photographs by client, maintaining appropriately named folders for easy access and delivery.
- Apply different photography styles and techniques according to the event and client requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest photography trends, cinematography techniques, and industry practices.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, according to client and event schedules.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of professional photography experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse photography styles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Must own the required professional photography equipment:
- Full-frame camera
- Prime lens
- Kit lens
- Gimbal
- Flash
- Strong understanding of photography techniques, visual composition, and event coverage.
- Ability to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality results.
- Good organisational skills for managing and segregating client photographs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Key Selection Requirements
- Professional Equipment: Ownership of a full-frame camera, prime lens, kit lens, gimbal, and flash is mandatory.
- Portfolio: A strong photography portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and techniques is essential.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional photography experience.
- Communication: Proficiency in Hindi and English.
