Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues via chat
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide solutions and assistance promptly
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the tech team to assist in troubleshooting technical issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and procedures
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
- Work towards achieving customer service targets and KPIs.
