Job Description

1. Indirect Tax Laws (GSTR preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and Reconciliation of GSTR-2A with books. GST Audit for certification of GSTR-9C) 2. Direct Tax Laws (Preparation and filing of TDS (24Q, 26Q) & TCS (27EQ) Returns, ITR sand Advance Tax & MAT Calculation etc.) 3. Audits (Tax Audits & preparation of Tax Audit Report in 3CD & 3CA/3CB, Statutory Audit, Process Audit, Internal Audit and Bank Audit as well) 4. Financial Reporting (Drafting Balance Sheet and Consolidating of Financial Statements with notes to accounts & Annexure as per schedule III of Companies Act.) 5. ROC filing with MCA (Form ADT-1, AOC-4, MGT-7 & DIR -12) 6. Notice and Order handling (Preparation of documents and coordination for information and preparation to present for any departmental proceedings) 7. Financial Accounting (Day to Day accounting of Service industry including daily bank reconciliation, weekly vendor’s and customer’s ledger reconciliation, manage payments and receipts (while keeping TDS , GST and any law compliance in mind) 8. Liaison with bankers, Tax Auditor, Statutory Auditor 9. Handling personal and HUF files of the directors / MD
