HR/Campus Hiring Intern Job Description
About Us: B4B App is a revolutionary platform that empowers individuals to earn a daily income through part-time, freelancing, and internship opportunities while pursuing their studies. We are dedicated to helping students achieve financial independence and professional growth.
Role Overview: As an HR/Campus Hiring Intern, your role is to engage college placement officers, explain our app, and promote it among students. Occasional campus travel may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with college placement officers.
- Explain app features to them.
- Encourage placement officers to promote the app.
- Foster positive relationships.
- Track student app downloads.
- Maintain communication records.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Organized and empathetic.
- Prior HR or outreach experience is a plus.
Compensation:
- 5000 INR fixed stipend.
- 7000 INR hostel allowance.
- Company-covered travel expenses for campus drives.
- Performance-based pay for remote work.
