Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information to patients and assist them with scheduling appointments
- Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Update patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient care
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Meet and exceed performance goals for call volume and customer service
- Maintain a positive attitude and promote Ovum Hospitals' values
- Stay current on hospital services and policies
- Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
